Grilled Vegetable Focaccia

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    I used 2 cups whole wheat flour and 1 cup bread flour, which seemed to be fine. Also, I added more flour during the kneading, maybe as much as half a cup. I cooked it for 30 minutes at 400, which was far too much. I think 20 minutes would have been perfect. Very tasty!
