Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins, trimmed
- Cooking spray
Preparation
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add pork; seal bag, and marinate pork in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.

- . Remove pork from bag. Discard marinade. Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 20 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155° (slightly pink). Let stand 10 minutes.
