Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add pork; seal bag, and marinate pork in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  2. . Prepare grill.
  3. . Remove pork from bag. Discard marinade. Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 20 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155° (slightly pink). Let stand 10 minutes.
