Delish! I didn't have fresh oregano so I used ground and I'm sure it would be even better with fresh. The lemon zest gives it a bright, fresh flavor.

So boring - we had to leave out the goat cheese as our town mysteriously ran out of it in EVERY grocery store - not worth the effort. Try a different turkey burger recipe.

These were okay, but there are so many better turkey burgers out there. The spinach was a bit overpowering compared to the rest of the ingredients. You can definitely taste the mint in the goat cheese spread.

These were really good, my husband said they were the best turkey burger (he loved the mint). The lemon in the burger was really nice although the goat cheese spread was more herby then cheesy. I added a little more goat cheese for more flavor but I don't think it made a huge difference. The burgers and spread had a really nice flavor to them and everyone at the dinner party enjoyed them.

These were terrific! they were very moist and I loved the lemon flavor in it. I wasn't sure my kids would eat them with all the spinach in them. (I told them it was parsley). I did not put in the mint, but the cheese spread definitely added to the dish.

I also thought the turkey patties would dry out because the cooking time I thought was a bit long but they came out juicy. The patties themselves have great flavor with the herbs and the creamy spread is a nice compliment.

This was really quick and easy and super delicious. I didnt use the whole wheat buns but used some artisan rolls from trader joe's which was tasty. I only used the goat cheese and parsley mix, with a little drop of lemon juice. Served with oven fries and steamed chard..

Tasty recipe! Good, solid turkey burger that grills well - plenty of moisture in burger so it does not get too dry on grill. Sauce adds nice balance to burger. We served the burgers with grilled sweet potatoes and asparagus.

This recipe was absolutely amazing! The spinach added moisture to the turkey burger which made them juicy and delicious. And there was enough seasonings in the meat to make it tasty as often ground turkey is flavorless. Topping it with the goat cheese spread was perfect. I was leary about the mint, but it ended up being a perfect complement to the rest of the flavors. You won't be disappointed!

Sooooooo bland! The spinach does add moisture, but the flavor is just absent. The goat cheese spread is dominated by the yogurt. To make these tasty you will need to add more, garlic, maybe onion poweder and skip the spread and go for a smoked gouda slice instead. Not really worth the effort. Try a different turkey burger recipe.

Really easy and tasty. I cooked the burgers on my indoor grill and was worried that I had over cooked them, but they turned out very moist. My husband said there was a party in his mouth! He doesn't like goat cheese, but I figured he wouldn't notice it in the spread, and he didn't...there was just the right amount! Served it with roasted, diced yams, and a green salad. Will make this again.

A nice change from ketchup and mustard, the goat cheese spread with herbs is light and flavorful. I really liked the spinach and lemon zest in the burgers. Great way to sneak in vegetables! I served it with simple oven fries with olive oil drizzle and salt and pepper.

I really liked the burgers. The spread was ok for me but the burgers were great. Loved the spinach in them.

This was a good burger, but for me it needed some tomatoes on it. My husband really loved it especially the goat cheese spread. I thought it was ok I'm not much of a cheese person though.

Really tasty - enjoyed the flavorful burger and the delicious spread. My 7 year old even ate some burger (no spread) and liked it even with the greens in the burger. Will definitely make this again.
