Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) tuna steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. 1. Prepare grill.
  2. 2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill.
  3. 3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over steaks. Place steaks on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 3 minutes on each side or until steaks are medium-rare or to desired degree of doneness. Top steaks with mayonnaise mixture before serving.
