1. Prepare grill.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over steaks. Place steaks on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 3 minutes on each side or until steaks are medium-rare or to desired degree of doneness. Top steaks with mayonnaise mixture before serving.
