Be creative in the kitchen-experiment with a variety of fresh herbs to make up your own herbed mayonnaise.
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 (6-ounce) tuna steaks (about 1 inch thick)
How to Make It
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over steaks. Place steaks on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 3 minutes on each side or until steaks are medium-rare or to desired degree of doneness. To serve, top steaks with mayonnaise mixture.
