This is a great recipe and good for entertaining. Simple and quick to make with a kick of flavor from the salsa. The brown sugar/lime juice on the fish gives it a nice color and a hint of flavor. I only seared the tuna for 1 minute per side and that was plenty for rare to medium rare which is how we like tuna.
