- Provolone cheese slices
- Tomato slices
- Italian bread slices
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Layer cheese slices and tomato slices between 2 Italian bread slices. Stir together equal parts mayonnaise and freshly grated Parmesan cheese; spread on outside of sandwich. Cook in a hot skillet over medium heat 3 minutes on each side or until golden.
