The tomatoes were a bit mushy from cooking in the grill pan, but the flavors of this in mid-winter were still a nice summer-y burst in the kitchen. I'd cut the red onion next time, decrease the vinegar slightly, and increase the basil olive oil, but the basic flavors are quite yummy. The steak was grilled to perfection. Added roasted potato wedges and a mixed green salad on the side.
