Excellent! A hit with the whole family! Skipped the grilled lemons and used spinach instead of arugula. Leftovers the next day were great! Will definitely make again!

Loved this and would make again. I made the lemons but didn't use them.

This was very quick and easy to make. Followed the recipe, except I added red pepper and grape tomatoes to the salad. Very good overall - will make this again.

This was very good! I did make a few substitutions. I used spinach instead of arugula, and I doubled the dressing. I also used boneless sirloin steaks. I served these with CL's Spiced Parmesan Cheese Crisps--delicious!

This salad was superb and easy to make. My husband who is particular about his steak enjoyed it also. I highly recommend this. I look forward to having it again. I did not alter anything except using mixed greens which tasted wonderful.

This salad is good, but what makes it is the dressing! We have this salad at least once a week without the steak and grilled lemons. A little arugula, dressing, and shaved parmesan, and it's a perfect, go-to, quick fix for dinner. It was a hit at our last dinner party, too.

This was such an easy dish to make and so delicious! I think the grilled lemon is more for presentation because the dressing itself was perfectly lemony. I would try a different cut of meat next time since mine had large tendons in it. This is my first time using a flat-iron (I bought boneless chuck which google told me is the same) so not sure if that's typical or not.
