Preheat gas grill to medium. In a large bowl, combine pork, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg, egg, onion, parsley, 1 clove garlic and 1 tsp. salt. Mix thoroughly with your hands. Form mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls, then press into football shapes.
Oil grill grates. Grill patties, turning once, until cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes total.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt and remaining garlic. Divide salad greens among 4 serving plates. Top with patties and drizzle with yogurt sauce. Serve immediately.

Well, we don't eat pork, and with the current ground turkey scare I decided to use ground lamb instead. These were WONDERFUL!!! My 3 kids gobbled them up, as did my husband and I. Really nice flavor with the combination of spices. I highly suggest using whole nutmeg if available and grating it fresh, it just amps up the flavor. My only qualm was the dressing...I had to add some extra virgin olive oil to temper the tangyness of the yogurt and lemon juice combo...it was just too sharp. I also added more fresh chopped parsley and ground pepper to round out the flavors some more. With my tweaks to the dressing, however, it was outstanding.
