This is the BEST topping I have ever had with fish! I used a white fish that was mild as I do not care for heavy tasting fish but I'm sure this topping would be good on any fish or seafood. I think I might even give it a go on chicken. I only used one lime (all i had)which was only about 1tsp of zest and1 tbs of juice but I have a plastic lime with juice in it so I got the other tbs needed from there. I also only used one pepper as I do not care for to much heat! I chopped my onion, pepper and cilantro small then put it in my chopper which minced it together. I then mixed in the juice, zest, honey and salt. I sliced my bananas in circles and quarterd each slice. When you mix ur fruit with the sauce fold it in don't stir it as it will mash your bananas and look mushy? Make sure you make the mix topping before the fish as you want the fish fresh off the grill. You can refrigerate the mix as the lime juice will help keep the bananas from browning. Try with other fruits and lemon.
