How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Step 2

Prepare grill.

Step 3

Coat fish lightly with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper.

Step 4

Place fish on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with mango salsa.
