Grilled Scallops over Mixed-Green and Herb Salad

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This was great. Simple and delicious. I thought the dressing was very salty, but I added some lemon juice to it. I also grilled some french bread,cut into rounds and brushed w/ olive oil, salt and pepper. As the scallops and breaded grilled, I brushed them with lemon juice - with the mint in the salad, it was sublime. I'll definitely make this over and over again.
