Grilled Salmon Tacos with Chipotle Sauce

This is a summer staple in our house. We love these tacos and have served them to guests many times. We use the flour tortillas from Costco that are purchase uncooked and cook them ourselves. Also we use light mayo.

It's a good taco recipe. I used flour tortillas and just purchased bagged cole slaw mix instead of shredding a whole cabbage. Pretty easy. It ain't haute cuisine, but if you're looking for an easy, reliable fish taco recipe, this one is simple and tasty.
