So simple, so good. Be sure to leave the lettuce on the grill long enough to get nice grill marks.
2 romaine lettuce hearts, halved lengthwise
1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
How to Make It
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Place lettuce, cut side down, on grill rack lightly coated with cooking spray. Grill 1 minute on each side or until grill marks appear. Remove lettuce. Drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with pepper and salt.
