Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon Greek seasoning
- 1 large red onion, cut into 4 (1/2-inch thick) slices
- 2 large zucchini, halved lengthwise
- Cooking spray
Preparation
- 1. Prepare grill.
- 2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add onion and zucchini, and toss to coat.
- 3. Place vegetables on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
