Ingredients

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoon Greek seasoning
1 large red onion, cut into 4 (1/2-inch thick) slices
2 large zucchini, halved lengthwise
Cooking spray

Preparation

1. Prepare grill.

2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add onion and zucchini, and toss to coat.

3. Place vegetables on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
