Grilled Raclette Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup(s) whole grain dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh chives
  • 4 ounce(s) sliced raclette
  • sliced sourdough bread

Preparation

Combine dijon mustard and chives and spread evenly on sliced sourdough bread. Top each with 1 ounce thinly sliced raclette and one bread slice. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat both sides of sandwiches with cooking spray. Place sandwiches in pan, cook three minutes on each side.
