Grilled Potato Wedges
- 2 (8- to 10-ounce) russet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Microwave potatoes on HIGH 6 to 7 minutes or until potatoes are crisp-tender when pierced with a knife. Cut potatoes into 8 wedges each; transfer to a bowl, and toss with olive oil to coat and salt and pepper to taste. Grill wedges over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
