  • 8 slice(s) bacon
  • 4 pound(s) potatoes chopped
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon(s) italian seasoning
  • 5 1/2 tablespoon(s) mayo
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon(s) worchestershire sauce


  1. cook bacon, remove from pan. Add potatoes and dry rub to bacon drippings - toss to coat. Remove potato mixture with a slotted spoon and place on baking sheet in 400 degree oven until tender. Transfer to large bowl and add wet dressing, stir in bacon crumbles and serve warm
