Ingredients
- 8 slice(s) bacon
- 4 pound(s) potatoes chopped
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1/4 tablespoon(s) italian seasoning
- 5 1/2 tablespoon(s) mayo
- 2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon(s) worchestershire sauce
Preparation
- cook bacon, remove from pan. Add potatoes and dry rub to bacon drippings - toss to coat. Remove potato mixture with a slotted spoon and place on baking sheet in 400 degree oven until tender. Transfer to large bowl and add wet dressing, stir in bacon crumbles and serve warm
