Yummy! Great summer side when grilling. We have already made twice and will make again and again.

I did not love the dresssing..hence 3 stars. I am not a dijon fan and neither is my family. Everything else was wonderful. I will make again but will omit the dressing and use homemade ranch or maybe decrease the mustard. However, I do agree that it needs to be served at room temp...that really calmed the dressing.

One word: Wow! I followed the recipe exactly, except for the grilling method. I kept everything in my iron skillet and covered it with aluminum foil, set the grill to medium-low, and stirred every 6-7 minutes. My husband took one bite and declared it "dinner-party worthy." You have to try this one!

This is hands down the best potato salad that I have ever made. I followed the directions and the flavors came out deliciously. A must try

We thought this recipe was excellent and would make it again. I followed the advice of others and added less than the called-for amount of mustard. Next time, I plan to add all of the mustard to see how we like it. One note -- the onions became quite charred on the grill which turned off some of the kids at our barbecue. To avoid this next time, I think I'll add the onions to the grill after the potatoes have been on for about 10 minutes. Overall, a definite keeper!

What a fun potato salad! The taters and onions were awesome even before adding the dressing. I used just 1 tbsp dijon. Maybe could have used a little more salt. Very pretty presentation, especially with the parsley.

OHMYGOSH! These potatoes were excellent! I just made them yesterday for a big picnic and EVERYBODY raved over them. Strangers were coming up to me asking for the recipe! The only change I made was I doubled the recipe and roasted the potatoes for 1 hour at 400 degrees because I ran out of time and couldn't grill such a big batch. I brought them to the picnic fresh out of the oven and right before we ate I added the mayo/dijon sauce. (since I didn't want the mayo sitting out on a 90 degree day) I am definitely making these again!! Thank you for the recipe!!

What a great twist on potato salad!!! Next time I will use a little less of the mustard, my kids aren't big fans. Terrific recipe~

I tried the one skillet method and that worked well. For the dressing, I only used one tablespoon of dijon; any more would have been overpowering. I also substituted ranch dressing for two of the tablespoons of mayo to give it a little more flavor. I made a double recipe and this was the only thing I made that did not get left over! Everyone loved it.

Tried it out last week for a few people and it's on the menu for a serious family gathering next week. Served it at room temperature and it was a huge hit. Definite awesome rating.

The rub was wonderful, and I really loved the way this smelled when it was cooking on the grill. However, the dressing made this potato salad horrible. No one in my family liked it. I served this with grilled pork chops (which turned out great), corn on the cob, and biscuits. I would make again without the dressing.

I thought that this recipes was Delicious and I have already made it twice. I took the advice from other reviews and only used half of the mustard. Also the first time I made the salad I baked the potatoes in the oven instead of using the grill. I used the suggegested dry rub and then rolled the potates in olive oil. I then baked them for 30 min. This worked great and was very easy.

My mom made this warm potato salad when we had a family vaca in a cabin. It was WONDERFUL!! Everyone loved it. She happened to use a camp-style dutch oven to cook everything in and placed the dutch within the cabin's regular oven at 400 degrees, stirring every once in a while. It came out GREAT. We will definitely make this again!

I absolutely loved the flavor of this salad and our toddler also enjoyed it. My husband found it overdressed, therefore the 4/5 stars.

Very good, cooked in cast iron pan on the grill. To lighten the recipe I reduced the salt to 1/4tsp in the rub, reduced the bacon to 3 pieces. Very good flavor.

Time consuming but well worth it! You need to triple this recipe because it is a hit!
