i have been making this for years and just realized it had no rating. it's one of my summer favorites. the rub makes enough to use a few times and some people love it with just the rub but i think the sauce with it is outstanding
Grilled Pork Chops with Sweet Peach Sauce
Serve the sweet, citrusy sauce on the side to complement the fragrant grilled pork chops; the combo also works well as an accompaniment to grilled chicken or fish. Store the remaining spice mixture in an airtight container.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 chop and 1/4 cup sauce)

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons ground coriander
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons cracked black pepper
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 (6-ounce) bone-in center-cut pork chops (about 1/4-inch thick)
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup Sweet Peach Sauce
Preparation
- Prepare grill.
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Rub the pork chops with 1/4 cup spice mixture, and reserve the remaining spice mixture for another use. Place the pork chops on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Cook the pork chops for 4 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with Sweet Peach Sauce.
