Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Rub the pork chops with 1/4 cup spice mixture, and reserve the remaining spice mixture for another use. Place the pork chops on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Cook the pork chops for 4 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with Sweet Peach Sauce.
I've made this at least once a summer, and usually multiple times, every year since I first clipped this recipe from CL back in 2001 while I was still living in Atlanta. It's a perfect showcase for some of summer's best flavors, and for the grill, which is summer's best cooking method :)
i have been making this for years and just realized it had no rating. it's one of my summer favorites. the rub makes enough to use a few times and some people love it with just the rub but i think the sauce with it is outstanding
