- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 (1-inch-thick) pork chops
How to Make It
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan, and mix well. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Set aside.
Place pork chops on grill 5 inches from hot coals; grill 20 to 25 minutes on each side, basting frequently with sauce.
