Prepare grill. Place pineapple on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until tender.
Arrange 3 pineapple slices, 1/4 cup orange sections, and 1/4 cup grapefruit sections on each of 4 plates. Serve with 1/4 cup Mango Coulis.
