My husband and I loved this recipe. I would like to try it with nectarines next time. The peach skins were a bit thick and hard to cut with our ice cream spoons. It was very easy to cook. I added a bit more brown sugar and freshly grated cinnamon on top of our icecream!

This was delicious and easy; we've also grilled pineapple spears this way - amazing! Sometimes I use honey in place of the brown sugar. Even without the ice cream it's wonderful as a side dish...

These were excellent. Followed the cooking times exactly (4 min & 10 min) and they were perfect. Had great peaches to work with which is the biggest key.
