- 4 Pork Boneless
- 4 Peaches Halved
- 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2T. Lime juice
- 1 bunch Thyme
- Pound prk. Mix vinegar, liime juice & thyme. Place with pork in plastic bag & refrigerate for an hour. Grill halved peaches, 3min. On a side. Grill poll.
- Serve with arugula salad
