We DID stack this salad and the presentation was beautiful. My gourmet group made this as part of the menu and all agreed that it was a keeper recipe. We did not slice the peaches as directed. Rather, we pitted the peaches and then just sliced them. Grilled peaches, especially in the South, are divine. Try this recipe..you won't be disappointed

This was excellent! We also skipped the stacking and plated the salad. The mild fresh mozzarella was perfect with the flavorful dressing and peppery arugula!

This is an outstanding summer salad! We even had it two nights in a row. Definitely a keeping and pairs well with pork tenderloin.
