Grilled Pastrami, Swiss, and Sweet Onion Marmalade on Rye

    I especially liked the Onion Marmalade,which I use on grilled pork. I have made the sandwich with Pastrami (my favorite) but also Ham and Turkey and it was still excellent.

    Delicious. I can see how the marmalade would be great with other meats. Used a combination of Swiss and Muenster, and it turned out really great. Absolutely LOVED it!
