- 2-4 pound(s) London Broil, trimmed
- dash(es) meat tenderizer
- dash(es) Pepper
- 1 bottle(s) red wine
- Place meat in glass cooking dish, poke with fork, pour wine over just to cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Remove meat from Marinade and discard liquid. Season with pepper and tenderizer and grill or roast in 450 degree oven (wrapped in aluminum foil.)
