Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow baking dish. Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Place marinade in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, and remove from heat. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill, covered, 5 minutes on each side or until done, basting with marinade. Remove from grill, and serve immediately.
