Ingredients

  • 4 chicken drumsticks (about 1 pound), skinned
  • 4 chicken thighs (about 1 1/2 pounds), skinned
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. 1. Prepare grill.
  2. 2. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 10 minutes on each side or until done.
