Because the lemon juice and olive oil mixture is so flavorful, you don't need to marinate the chicken--just brush the mixture on after chicken is grilled.

4 chicken drumsticks (about 1 pound), skinned
4 chicken thighs (about 1 1/2 pounds), skinned
Cooking spray
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper


1. Prepare grill.

2. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 10 minutes on each side or until done.

3. Combine lemon juice and next 5 ingredients. Pour over grilled chicken; toss gently.
