This was surprisingly delicious! Used Artic Char instead of Salmon.

Oh yeah, this was delicious...and easy. The salsa was great. I used canned minced jalapenos - about a teaspoon. I was afraid it would be too spicy for DD but the lemon juice and honey really mellowed the fire. We will definitely add this to our regular rotation. Served with butternut squash risotto and roasted asparagus. I wouldn't hesitate to prepare this for guests.

Great summer dish. Used fresh sockeye salmon. Not sure about the mint flavor - may omit this the next time. Made the salsa ahead and just grilled the salmon when I was ready. Served on a bed of arugula with rice pilaf. Very pretty presentation.

Excellent, tasty light, the combination of mint and basil is perfect. I have made this about 5 times now, and have used mangoes when peaches were not ripe or in season. Always a hit with everyone. Had leftover salsa and just added it to salad greens the next night

Since I am not a salmon fan this is pretty delicious! I had to use red plums instead of peaches and grape tomatoes instead of cherry.

Very easy and the essence of summer. Served over cous-cous. Used a wild Alaskan sockey with the skin on. Placed it in a grill basket on the grill and only cooked it on one side.

We made this recipe for 4th of July and it was DELICIOUS!!! The salsa IS summer and it was easy to make! We used a little serrano instead of jalapeno (only because of supply at the market), and it was still not too spicy. Plus... I am not a salmon lover, but this recipe is definitely changing my attitude about salmon. ENJOY!

This was GREAT! The salmon was really good and not fishy. Publix even had it on sale.

This was great and easy. I didn't use the jalapenos and used a whole tomato instead of the cherries. My young son ate a ton of the salsa and then asked to drink the leftover juice. This is "do-over".

My husband made this for me one night, it was amazing. Perfect amount of spice, we like spicy food so if you don't i would use less jalapeno. Will definitely make this again.

I LOVED this recipe, especially the salsa. It was a perfect compliment to the salmon. I used Roma tomatoes instead of cherry. I didn't add the jalapeno pepper. My husband liked it as well. My finicky 11 year old daughter did not. She did like the salmon, though. I served it with Parmesan Couscous and grilled veggie mix (asparagus, red pepper and yellow squash). Very filling and yummy.

Loved this salsa! I omitted the onion and mint. I also substituted grilled tilapia for the salmon. Served wild rice as a side and it was perfect for 2. I loaded the tilapia with the salsa and didn't have to serve another side with the rice. It was perfect for a spring/summer meal.

The salsa was okay, but overpowered the salmon. Won't bother to make this again.

Super-easy, a really terrific summer meal. No lengthy prep and easy to sub any stone fruit for the peaches. Gorgeous presentation and great combo of flavors. Served with avocado on sourdough toast.

Not sure if I'll splurge for the King salmon next time, the salsa was great and in the future I'll try with the less expensive Atlantic Salmon.
