Grilled Honey-Glazed Nectarines
You can use any stone-fruit with this recipe, but we love nectarines. Just three ingredients and you have a simple, elegant, and delicious dessert.

- 4 firm, ripe nectarines, halved and pitted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1. Heat a gas grill to medium and oil grates. Brush nectarines all over with honey. Grill, turning several times, until nectarines are slightly softened and show grill marks, 4 to 5 minutes total.
- 2. Arrange 2 nectarine halves in each of 4 dessert bowls. Top with ice cream and serve.
