Transform simple grilled salmon into a flavorful main dish with a few simple pantry ingredients.
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
2 (6-ounce) salmon steaks (1/2 inch thick)
How to Make It
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; brush mixture over fish.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°). Place fish on rack; grill, covered, 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
