1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh oregano or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano or thyme
3/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
How to Make It
Carefully peel back husks, exposing corn and leaving husks attached. Remove and discard silks. Soak corn and husks in cold water 5 minutes to prevent husks from burning. Remove corn from water; drain and pat excess water from corn and husks with paper towels.
Combine margarine and remaining 3 ingredients; stir well. Brush evenly over corn, using all of margarine mixture. Return husks to original position, and tie tips with heavy string.
Grill corn, covered, over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°) 15 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally.
