Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. 1. Prepare grill.
  2. 2. Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside half of wine mixture for basting during grilling. Brush remaining half on chicken.
  3. 3. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 5 minutes. Turn chicken; brush reserved wine mixture on chicken, and grill 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
