If you have time to marinate the chicken in the herb mixture at least 15 minutes before grilling it, the herb flavor will be even stronger.

1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Cooking spray


1. Prepare grill.

2. Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside half of wine mixture for basting during grilling. Brush remaining half on chicken.

3. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 5 minutes. Turn chicken; brush reserved wine mixture on chicken, and grill 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
