Grilled Heirloom Tomato and Goat Cheese Pizza

    I think this would make a great dish to set out when you have guest over. You can even find a veggie based rennett goat cheese. My only modification was to use the Italian Blend Mrs. Dash over the tomatoes. I think it gave it more flavor as my herb goat cheese only had garlic and some chives. I hope this helps!

    ooooh, so good. The crust comes out perfectly light and fluffy. The goat cheese makes this pizza a winner.

    YUMMY!! This is an amazing-tasting pizza! Perfect for a quick lunch! The only changes I made were using homemade whole wheat pizza dough, and sprinkling the dough with some garlic powder instead of rubbing it with the clove. I will definitely be making this one again and again and again!

    We added 4 oz of goat cheese (since that's what the package was) and loaded it up with tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, and onions that my husband cooked down beforehand. I didn't realize that it's supposed to be cooked on a girl so we just baked it in the oven and it turned out fine! This was delicious! Will definitely add it into our rotation!

    This was so good!! I added some green peppers and green onions. I also baked it in the oven instead of the grill. My husband who doesn't even really like vegetables liked it. I will definitely make this again!

    Delicious easy meal! I realized as I was looking at the recipe that I accidentally bought already made crust (not cooked though) and not dough, but it still worked out perfectly and it had a nice texture to it. I also didn't have any goat cheese, so I put a mixture of Colby Jack, Mozzerella, and Pepper Jack cheese on it and it was delish! Next time I make it I'm definately going to add some spices to it though, and black olives. It's a very yummy filling meal, I would definately reccomend it!
