Grilled Flatbreads with Tomatoes and Basil

    Thanks for correcting the 2tbs water -- too bad CL doesn't fix it online. Used ribbons of basil instead of chopped, heirloom tomato & a small bit of fresh mozzarella we had left-over. Plated & served right off the grill. Very good.

    This is a great summer recipe. I don't understand what the 2 TBS of water is used for, however. What am I missing?
