Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri

    Absolutely one of the best things I've ever eaten. Used "flap meat" which is very similar to flank steak. The rub on the steak was amazing, the chimichurri just wonderful. Made exactly as directed and served with grilled corn on cob, grilled asparagus, and some black beans seasoned with cumin and corriander. Fabulous!

    I made this last night. The rub for the steak was delicious, although I may omit the salt next time. It was a huge success! I served the steak and chimichurri with black beans and tostones. I will definitely be making this again, and soon!
