Grilled Fingerling Potatoes and Peppers
- 1 pound fingerling potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 green, yellow, or red bell peppers, quartered
- Toss potatoes in olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill potatoes and peppers, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°), turning occasionally, 15 minutes or until tender.
