  • 8 ears shucked corn
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper


  1. Prepare grill.
  2. Place corn on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 12 minutes or until done, turning occasionally. Combine butter, rind, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Serve with corn.
