Ingredients

8 ears shucked corn
Cooking spray
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Preparation

Prepare grill.

Place corn on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 12 minutes or until done, turning occasionally. Combine butter, rind, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Serve with corn.
