Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 (3-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine first 6 ingredients; set aside 1 tablespoon marinade. Place remaining marinade and chicken in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal and gently shake bag to coat chicken. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Prepare grill.
  3. 3. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Cover and grill 6 minutes on each side or until done. Brush chicken with reserved 1 tablespoon marinade.
