The Marinade was very easy and so flavorful. The chicken was very tasty even without the salsa. I used boneless, skinless thighs instead of breasts and we loved it. I would definitely make this again!

the salsa is a lot of work to make for one person and it wouldnt stay long in the fridge. im sure the chicken is good-recipe just too much work to try

I would marinate the chicken just a little longer. I am not a big cilantro fan so I would decrease the amt. used next time. The family enjoyed the meal. I thought the salsa was a lot of work and expense for the result. Plenty of marinade for the amt. of chicken suggested, could cut amt. of marinade in half or add more chicken.

4.5 stars I really liked this however I would use chicken thighs next time simply because my family perfers the dark meat. The fruit salsa was really fresh.
