  • 1/2 tablespoon Atkins oven fried chicken seasoning duet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Make It

  1. Preheat either grill or broiler. Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Whisk olive oil and seasoning together in a pie plate or small platter; coat chicken with mixture. If possible, cover with plastic wrap and let marinate, refrigerated, for 20-30 minutes. Grill chicken, approximately 6-8 inches from heat source for 5-7 minutes on each side. Serve.
