Really good. I didn't have chicken, so I made it with shrimp; same seasonings. After reading one of the reviews below, I warmed up the beans before adding them. I'm a fan of refried beans, but I think this recipe would be really good without them too.

Made it exactly as written, it was wonderful! We liked it so much we are having it again tomorrow night since there are leftover ingredients. I immediately thought of making this for friends. The feta DOES go well, don't change a thing. Be sure to remember the cilantro, very good.

This is so simple, it almost doesn't "count" as a recipe. Great easy dinner for nights when you don't have time to cook. Used leftover rotisserie chicken breast, whole wheat tortilla, fresh fireroasted red salsa, added avocado and deleted cilantro, and it was great! Easy to make for 1, 2 or more...delicious! I will definitely keep this recipe and make it again!

This is one of my favorite recipes! I make it without mixing the slaw & salsa ( red salsa is good too). It is great with cilantro & diced avocado mixed and 2 tblsp on top. We also have substituted the feta cheese with low fat sharp cheddar cheese. Have made recipe as it is written and also with substitutes because of my kids not liking feta or slaw mix.

I make my own taco seasoning ever since Pace stopped making theirs. Cotija cheese is much more appropriate than feta. Don't skip the pepitas; they really add a great nutty, earthy flavor.

This was so good I loved how the tortilla's came out from grilling them. Only change I made was I used shredded lettuce instead of cabbage because it's what I had on hand. I will make this one again for sure the whole family loved it.
